| All items in our OnLine Gallery are carefully chosen for their artistic quality. In order to select a satisfactory piece of artwork, please ensure that the color and contents, the size, the method of mounting and framing are suitable for your personal interest and the location that you are going to place the artwork. |
| How to Order Arts from our Gallery |
| If you are interested to purchase any of the paintings of our OnLine Gallery, you may click the "Add to Cart" button to process your order directly through the PayPal Security System or, you may email us or fill in the "Contact Us" form to request further information on the paintings.
If you wish to have one of our studio artists to prepare a piece of calligraphy or painting of your choice, please also email us or fill in the "Contact Us" form and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your interest. |

| Arts are priced at the current mounting condition (i.e. mounted / unmounted) as specified. To request mounting on an unmounted work, please send us email to inquire mounting cost to be added on each individual art. |

| Shipping charge is 15% on the price of the article. |
| Our Return Policy |
| Arts that leave our studio are not returnable. We highly suggest you make arrangement with us to have an inspection of the artwork before your place order on any purchase. For customers living in the San Francisco Bay Area, we can arrange hand delivery to your home or office with arrangements. For commissioned arts to be done by artists of our studio, our artists guarantee their greatest care during the arts creation process. |
